How to find the right size for your heat pump cover?
Measure your Aircon unit (Width x Depth x Height). Remember to include allowances for pipework and mounting blocks.
Add clearances as below:
Width - add a minimum of 130 mm to unit size.
Depth - add a minimum of 90 mm to unit size.
Height - add a minimum of 20 mm to unit size.
Allow 100 mm clearance from back of the heat pump cover to the wall, or as recommended by the manufacturer of the unit.
What is the warranty period for ScreenPro air conditioning covers?
ScreenPro covers supplied by UNEX has a warranty period of 10 Years for Residential applications and 5 Years for Commercial applications.
Are ScreenPro air conditioning covers compatible with all types of air conditioning units and heat pumps?
We offer a variety of sizes of air conditioning covers to accommodate different units. Refer to our product specifications or contact our support team to find the right cover for your specific equipment.
Can I install ScreenPro heat pump covers myself, or is professional installation recommended?
While our heat pump covers are designed for easy assembly, we recommend professional installation for larger or complex projects.
